Overview

If you're a young vampire, are you going to lay low, play by the rules, and always do what the elder vampires tell you to do?

Or are you going to abuse your newfound strength, speed, and other abilities to get what you feel is rightfully yours?

Yeah, I thought so. Me too.

In "Hotel Hijinks," Kimmie and Mary -- two young vampiresses -- are determined to get into the swank Osterberg Arms hotel in downtown Los Angeles and find Rory McJenkins, Mary's favorite pop singer. They first try the classic "dress up as hookers" bit, but when that goes --badly -- awry, Kimmie decides she's had it with playing by the rules and wants to use their vampiric abilities to get inside.

Mary -- a genuinely sweet vampire who dresses like a Spice Girl and talks to the voices in her head -- has her doubts, but the ever-belligerent, pink-haired goth-girl Kimmie will not be denied, and thus a descent into absurd mayhem commences for our two heroines. Before it's over, they'll face the likes of a...

Monstrous, tuxedo-clad enforcer who answers only to the name of "Brock."

Lecherous bellboy determined to get some free sexual antics in exchange for keeping quiet.

Pint-sized, prepubescent serial killer who makes life truly miserable for Kimmie.

And it's anybody's guess whether the girls will manage to track down Rory McJenkins before all hell breaks loose. Even if they DO manage to find him, it may not be exactly what they'd hoped for...

Or will Kimmie end up going too far in her quest for vengeance against the BB gun-toting serial killer kid? As she says at one point...

"You know how it's all fun and games until somebody loses an eye? Well, I just LOST my eye and the fun and games are OVER!"

But little does she know that the fun and games are just beginning in a violently hilarious, supernaturally screwball tale of what it's REALLY like to be young and a vampire... after all, what's the point of all those powers if you can't have fun with them?

Just be careful of what you get yourself into, boys and girls...
