I've always believed that dinner was important. Some of my favorite memories of growing up are from sitting around the dinner table, talking & laughing so I was happy to find a book that encouraged others to do the same. As a parent I had been struggling to have a set dinner time for my girls because of how important I thought/knew it was, so after reading this book I found myself working harder to make family dinner time happen. The recipes were easy and wonderful to have on hand. They are also recipes that children can help to cook, if they are interested in that kind of thing. If you read this book for nothing else than the recipes, it's worth it.
