    Love love love all things Mickie! Michael Smith is the premier designer today. His hand is timeless. My, to have a home designed by him would be a true dream come true! Anyone can learn and be inspired by reading or looking at this book. The beautiful images as well as eloquently written text are art at its best. This book is a must for designers and a fabulous tabletop book for all. Michael is not only a wonderful designer of A list homeowners, but is a gifted fabric, furniture, lighting and carpeting designer. Anything in a home can be influenced by Smith's touch! I would encourage readers of all types to buy this book if only to look at the lovely pictures. Check it out!

    Vicarious Visit

    What a wonderfIul trip. One that I will take over and over. Michael's thoughts compliment my love of design sooooooooo well. I have no desire to live in any of these houses -but I surely love the visits through the pages. I also recommend any of Bunny Williams or Charlotte Mosss' books.
