Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
How Can a Frozen Detective Stay Hot on the Trail? delivers a mystery wrapped in frozen good humor.
Children's Literature - Marilyn Courtot
Stevie Diamond and her friend Jessie are detectives. In this adventure they leave the relative warmth of Vancover and head out for a visit to Jesse's grandmother in Winnipeg. Jesse's cousin Misha is in trouble and this detective team wants to help. The mystery involves the theft of carnivorous plants and some mighty strange characters who raise both the carnivors and orchids. Add to this a blizzard, with our young detectives trapped outside, and it looks like Stevie and Jessie are going to be popsicles. Never fear, they are rescued and manage to solve the mystery and end ups heroes. It's a bit unbelievable, but fun to read.
