Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Kristin Harris
Young children love animals and stickers...add dinosaurs into the mix and you have a kid pleaser. Very clever, humorous illustrations of real dinosaurs inhabit a world familiar to kids. They are seen waking up in the morning with their stuffed animals, having breakfast, in the classroom and on the playground. The narrative questions how they react to various situations in their lives. Is a dinosaur's day happy or sad? Do they pout and throw breakfast all about? When they are sick, do they grumble and spit out the pills? No, they are well behaved in every way. The sick dinosaur reads every get well card and drinks all of the cocoa. The dinosaurs are not the class clowns. They raise a hand when there is something to say. They even nap a bit and get up fit. There are over 70 stickers to be placed on the pages throughout the book. The stickers are on four pages, grouped and labeled by the page number where they will be added to the text of the story. The challenge is to match the outline of the sticker to the correct sticker and place it in the book. Reviewer: Kristin Harris

    The Title Speaks for itself!

My 4 year old grandson and I enjoyed doing this sticker book together. He enjoyed matching the shapes while I talked about the naughty dinosaur behavior. He laughs and I love it!!
