    Great low carb book!

    This is a great book to read if you are interested in going low carb or already are. The author does an awesome job of explaining the basics of low carb and compares all the different low carb diets out there. She explains how carbs affect the body and brain. This book is very motivating. I was inspired to cook healthier for myself and family. Definately worth reading!

    Good information/inspiring read

    I bought this book shortly after starting Atkins induction. It helped me to understand some of the science behind low-carb diets.

    I found the book motivational and helpful.
