I'm a big fan of meditation and I like the natural approach to healing the body within that this book takes. So far, its been an awesome read and I enjoy reading it before bed to relax my mind and consider all the stresses I'm holding on to and how to better deal with them. I'd recommend this book to anyone wanting to get into meditation.
