    Life saver

    Love the guided meditations, this is an excellent buy!!! Highly recommended if you have little time in your day and a big need to relax and relieve stress!

    Nice but tape gets stuck ;(

    First couple of times was cool having narrative piece of book guide me thru d meditation, then it would take immediately to page 8!
    The plus about the book is that meditation finally made some sense. I like how the authour explained the working of the mind and the how he used the example of training of a horse to make it more clear. At least to me. I also like the book was short n to the point. It is a shame though that the tape or whatever makes the guided meditation run, gets stuck...so much for meditation ;)

    Problems with audio and visual

    I tried to play the audio and video stuff and my nook froze up and I had to reset it. Good mindfulness stuff though.

    Definitely recommend this one!

    I like this book! It's short and to the point and even has a video to watch. Meditation is a healthful exercise...
