How to Achieve Glowing Health and Vitality has quickly become one of my favorite books of the Wisdom Series by Paramhansa Yogananda. The health tips are simple, easy to do, and apply to any area of health that you might need help; diet, weak knees, eye sight, skin, digestion, colds, headaches, fatigue, weight loss… There is so much variety in how to work on each of these challenges it has been fun to try a different technique every week. It has enabled me to keep a healing vocabulary in my head. When something is not feeling well I have an immediate trick towards better health! If you adopt at least a couple of these techniques you can not only cure disease but also help prevent it.
