In the book, How to Attack Type 2 Diabetes Like a Viking and Win

In the book, How to Attack Type 2 Diabetes Like a Viking and Win, Michael Ward discusses being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2007, and how he educated himself on every aspect of this chronic condition — by reading medical and scientific books and journals, talking with doctors and listening to his own body.  I bought the book for myself because I have hypoglycemia which can turn into Type Two Diabetes.  I found the book very informative and helpful in understanding Diabetes. I loved the personal examples and would recommend this book to everyone.
