This book saved our home from foreclosure!

My husband and I were facing foreclosure and had just gotten the certified letter from our lender that they were going to foreclose on our house. We were shocked! We had never missed a payment and paid on time. Seems this lender didn't care and had used some illegal methods to come to that conclusion. We read Sarah's book and followed her clear directions on what to do and saved ourselves money and heartache with this mess. She tells it like it is and can help anyone in a similar situation. Anyone that's either in foreclosure now or about to be should read this amazing book. Thanks Sarah, we love you!

I wish this book would have been available a few years ago when I watched people I love...people who never thought this could ever happen to them...struggle with losing everything they had built for their future to foreclosure. Because they confided in me, after reading this book, I can easily see that what was done to them was blatantly illegal and could have been stopped. None of the "experts" they turned to for help told them any of the things the author shares so generously in this book. Not only is the information neatly packed and easy to understand, the links make it actionable. The author doesn't just tell you what to do, he gives you the places to get what you need! I'm gifting this book to everyone I know who is struggling with their mortgage!
