I absolutely love this! Sure, dining out seems simple enough but sometimes, simple isn't all as it seems. A good portion of dining out is about attitude-the CUSTOMER'S attitude. This book shows you how you can enhance your dining experience from the viewpoint of a servers. Sometimes, the customer is not always right.
