Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature
AGERANGE: Ages 5 to 10.

This clever book is filled with interesting but simple activities that would be of interest to many emerging spies. It is filled with fairly simple beginning activities that teach basic skills that all spies should possess. Some of these skills include becoming a master of disguise, learning codes and ciphers, and going undercover. A few other handy spy techniques are also included. The activities are broken down into small, manageable bits meant to be completed over the course of one week. It is easy to imagine that this would be a fun book for friends or siblings to use over a spring or summer break. Also included are a stick-on fake mustache, paper sunglasses, two cipher wheels, and a small spy notebook. Reviewer: Trina Heidt
