I found this to be quite an in-depth guide on how to become involved in therapeutic riding. As a recently trained volunteer to my own local Equine Therapy program, I can attest that everything contained in this guide is accurate and completely matches up with what I have been trained to do as a volunteer at my local program. In addition, the author gives insight into her own experience and has broken down the various aspects of horse therapy into easily understood segments. Dana's description of the benefits to the rider will give anyone interested in exploring this kind of volunteerism motivation to explore it further. The information provided in this guide was clear and easy to follow, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a volunteer opportunity in Equine Therapy.

Simple to follow guide on a topic that is very important to helping people in need with a relatively unknown therapy that really works.
