    WOW

This book has changed my life. I'm now able to be optimistic and see things from a different point of view. I was so amazed that someone could be so right about exactly what I was feeling. It made me feel like I wasn't alone and completely brightened my perspective on things.

    amazing

I found this in a store, sat down, and wasted the afternoon reading it. I was amazed. I was shocked. I was moved, and I was more inspired than ever before(and I've seen a lot weight-loss ads and Disney Channel movies!). I'm using this book to get over my ex-boyfriend and make him crazy for me. Sucks to be him. I'm happy!

How to Be Happy, Dammit: A Cynic's Guide to Spiritual Happiness

This book, How To Be Happy Dammit, is wonderful -- bright, colorful, humorous, and helpful. Now I hear the sequel is coming soon, 7 Lively Sins: How to Enjoy Your Life, Dammit, and I bet it will be great too and they will make a fine pair. The author's writing and book design are a joy for readers.

How to Be Happy, Dammit: A Cynic's Guide to Spiritual Happiness

I really like almost all of Karen Salmansohn's various and diverse books. They can be read for the humor, read for the insight, and/or read for comfort. For those of us sometimes troubled by our sensitive temperaments or our tendencies toward negative attitudes and feelings, How to be Happy - Dammit, can be a comfortable and helpful companion. It is an excellent book, in terms of the content, the illustrations, the layout, the whole attitude & etc.. On my bedside, for when I can't get to sleep or I wake up feeling blue, I keep copies of Julie Norem's The Positive Power of Negative Thinking and KS's How to be Happy - Dammit. They are good books that help me keep my spirits up.

    A phenomenal piece of work!

How to Be Happy, Dammit is a journey to the epiphany. What a great book dedicated to self-discovery and self-acceptance. As the President/CEO of EmpowerMag.com, I must read several books on the subject of personal growth and this book by far ranks in my top five! Philippe Matthews President/CEO EmpowerMag.com

    Read this book, dammit!

Great book, filled with quotes and inspirational ideas for bad days or times when you just need a little pick-up. The design of the pages really keeps your attention and here's my favorite quote: 'Even your yearning for sex is really a dyslexic search for love.' Don't miss this one.
