How to be Me at 40?! is one woman's approach on how she is coping - or "not coping" - with the fact that she is reaching this milestone in life. The book was written with the aspiration of making those of us who do not find aging to be graceful, to at least be something we can laugh about.

Hopefully, turning 40, and then 50, 60 and so on, will be a little less painful when you can face the future with humor.

About the Author: Victoria Vega lives with her husband and identical twin daughters on Long Island. She previously wrote two children's books, It's Nice to be Nice and A Friend is a Great Thing to Be.
