    A great read! Great author!

    This is full of practical ideas that can be modified to fit your purpose. Love it. I read his other book and some of the same material in here but its a great book. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Must read for those beginning a real estate career

    This book is a must read for anyone starting out as a real estate agent. Daryl walks you through scenarios with such detail that you will know what to say and when to say it. I have had this book opened next to me when I was on the phone with a potential client and it was a tremendous help.

    What a eye opener

    I read this book in one night and haven't let it out of my sight since. This book truly has all it promises on the cover. After reading this book I was excited to be in real estate and excited about my new income potential.
