Well written book that starts with the basics and introduces you to more advanced brewing.

The information in this book is second to none.  Everything you need to know, explained very well.  HOWEVER, I would strongly advise buying the physical book.  The Nook version is kind of a mess.  The tables and charts are just completely unreadable.

Excellent book. I read it and still refer to it from time to time.

This book I bought, even though I have several batches brewed already. It has a great wealth of information for the beginning brewer and some steps to take your home brew to the next level...a must have for your brewing library!

It's a great book for begginers, but also for advanced brewers. It is easy to read, funny and helps you to make really good beer!

I enjoyed Papazian's books, but this one has more information. Great for the homebrewer wanting more.
