This book explains in details the dynamics of a cylinder head and backs up each theory with individual testing. For beginners this book cuts out all the misconceptions of cylinder head modifications that seem to be repeated even from "professional" machine shops. A MUST READ BOOK!!!!

This book is for the advanced reader, but my personal experience from following the recommendations described by Mr. Vizard was very positive. The horsepower gains I attained can not be denied. Pay careful attention to his description of cylinder head low lift flow modifications, and your gain lots of HP without sacrificing fuel economy. A 'must read' book.
