Not worth the time to read

Ok here it is, everything in this book. First find a business to buy. Only buy a business that is a million dollars or better. Make a business plan. Business must net at least quarter of million dollers per year. Investors will put up all the money you need if it is a good business plan. Existing manager of business will do all the work so you can take it easy.

No clue how to find the investors. Hire CPA to establish value of business. All this took 34 pages for the author to say. Oh, you can go to author's web site and buy more information.
