Jackie Wells Smith is an accomplished author, researcher, small business owner and an expert in spiritual practices who helps others create a happier life using proven psychological techniques blended with non-denominational spiritual practices (like meditation). This systems-based approach has been highly effective for many people, including Jackie, who used some of her proven methods, such as meditation, to overcome the depression that plagued her since she was just 14 years old.

In addition to her expertise in spiritual practices, Jackie is also a practiced writer and researcher for Wells-Smith Partners, a publishing company she has owned with her husband since 2000. Prior to her work with Wells-Smith Partners, she was a human resources director and consultant for more than 20 years, using the Enneagram extensively as a system for evaluating employees for proper placement through personality testing and evaluation (similar to the popular Myers-Briggs System). In those positions, she helped over 500 employees at a large retail chain.

As evidenced, her vast knowledge of the science of personality combined with proven spiritual practices not only helped her achieve transformative results in her own life, but they have enabled her to help others as well through the written word.

For the last decade she has been sharing her lessons by writing articles, reports and books on incorporating these practices into people’s lifestyles to create a "happiness mindset."
