He liked to watch anime series when he a child and teen, and he became interested in the anime/manga style of drawing; he was very good at drawing when he was in pre-school and onward. Mark David spends his spare time drawing his own manga and likes to learn new techniques.

In 2010, Mark David got a job that related to his interests: he got the chance to enter in Animation Company in the Philippines. Before that, Mark David studied software that concerning animation and video editing. Now he can manage to illustrate manga using freehand and digital means as well.
