My own children and my 3rd grade students have always loved this book. After reading Scott Sutton's books, especially The Family of Ree, they are anxious to be able to reproduce the intriguing characters. AND they are always successful because of the simple directions.

Scott Sutton's 'How to Draw Stuff' hits the mark on captivating a child's interest in drawing while keeping it simple, direct and fun. We have five copies of this book in our school's library and we can't keep it on the shelf! It's written in a way that is helpful to boys and girls of all ages!
