Really, you're charging $10 for a measly 20 pages? This 'document' briefly describes and illustrates how to copy a few very remedial drawings. The total amount of instructional(?) text might fill one single spaced typed piece of paper. A third of the 'book' (6 pages) contains information that you could glean from a 30 second internet search on drawing. I don't get the other rave reviews. They can't be real. It's a total waste of money. I feel duped.

How to draw with a pencil This reference manual is very educational. Kids and adults alike will find the book instructive and useful. Its step-by-step procedures are visibly interesting. What makes this manual constructive is the way it tackles the processes involved in making the pencil a useful tool. More importantly, it makes drawing an activity of interest.

This how to-contains the very basics of drawing with pencil - from drawing simple subjects to what types of material to use. It's very good for beginners who want to start improving slow but sure, and to those who want to make art without having to buy lots of expensive materials. I was surprised with what I could do when I started following the tips that were shown here. Great for kids, too!

I really love to draw, and reading this book has taught me a LOT of things about this kind of art. It tackles from the very basics, like the different types of pencils, how to distinguish the right pencil for the particular drawing that you would like to make; plus other drawing mediums. It made me appreciate not just the finished product of a drawing itself but also the very tools that are being used to create a beautiful visual art. This is indeed for beginners who even think they can't draw. It gives step-by-step instructions on how to draw things, including the movement of the wrist, and other helpful tips. I love it! I would recommend this book to every one who wants to hone their skills in drawing.

This was exactly what I needed to get started again. I've been dabbling in some minor drawing but it's been an on and off thing for me. I have a drawing book (perhaps really dusty now) and I can't wait to apply some of the tricks written in this book and see how much improvement I'm making.
