This book has everything a busy family needs including easy, healthy recipes, parenting advice and lots of nutritional information. I wasn't a big cook but this book has motivated me to get into the kitchen. Thankfully, the recipes are easy to follow and the pictures are gorgeous. I can actually make food that looks like the pictures. I also love that the recipes are a modern spin on family favorites. Any one who wants to eat healthier will love this book because it actually makes it easy to do.

You must get this book! Amazing photography, great, easy recipes plus so much extra stuff parents need, like nutrition tips, advice on getting kids involved with meal prep. The sweet potato mac & cheese recipe alone made this book worth it!
