    Clear and concise..... Very informative.......

I purchased the book to assist me in forming a Non Profit Organization. Except for a minor mistake that I made on the Articles of Incorporation everything went through flawlessly.

I would recommend this book to anyone that is attempting to establish a Non Profit Organization in the State of California.
