There is no college degree or special talent required to write a best seller. Hard work and determination are the requirements. If you can think it, you can write it. There have been high school dropouts who have written best sellers. Some may have a longer time frame getting to the finish line than others, depending on how far behind the learning curve you are. Writing is a skill you can improve on regardless of your age or background. Any ordinary person can write a best selling book or at least a good selling book that could bring in some good residual income for many years, if you have the resolve to do so.

The good news is that this book can be read in a short period of time, (an hour to two hours maximum). The bad news is everything else. The first few pages deal with psyching you up to write. The book then talks about print on demand publishing and zeroes in on one such publisher called Lulu (sound familiar - it should it's where this book was published). The information in the book was culled from the publisher's site and rewritten. More bad news the rewrite is not an improvement over the original information found on the publisher's site. In fact the whole book is riddled with problems that a good editor (had there been one) would have caught - typos, misspellings, grammatical problems. The rest of the book (about half) contains two length essays on politics and economics that have nothing to do with getting published . The intent is supposedly to give you an example of something you could use as a springboard for publishing - but since it has the same typos, spelling and grammatical errors found throughout the book why bother? A disappointing read. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
