What People are Saying About This

Alvin F. Poussaint
An extremely useful and practical guide for African Americans – especially those who see themselves as poor – demonstrating how their money can be managed to accumulate wealth. Individuals often squander their earnings but with foresight and discipline income can readily be diverted to savings and investments. This book should be widely read; it is a godsend for the black community. (Alvin F. Poussaint, MD; Professor of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA)
Glenn C. Loury
I have known Melvin Miller for twenty years, and there is not a wiser, more determined and more committed African-American entrepreneur around today. This little book can change your life. It gets right to the point, and tells it like it is. I wholeheartedly commend it to your attention. (Professor Glenn C. Loury; Professor of Economics, Boston University; Director, Institute on Race and Social Division
Ann Burns
According to Miller, a director of the Boston Bank of Commerce, getting rich takes discipline, determination and a plan. He outlines the steps necessary to obtain the wealth one wants, which include determining the level of income desired, preparing a detailed budget, and counting your pennies. (Ann Burns, Associate Editor, Library Journal
Terrie M. Williams
How To Get Rich lends its readers a real perspective on the meaning of wealth and steps that Black America must take to gain it. A simple but effective guide to attainable wealth. You can do this! (Terrie M. Williams; Author, The Personal Touch and Stay Strong: Simple Life Lessons for Teens; Founder, The Stay Strong Foundation
