    Okay, but not realistic

    The authors forget to mention a few major details in job hunting for a teaching position: first, and formost it is not what you know but who you know with in the school systems. second how many others you are in compotition with, and last the reality of not many positions are availible out there. Even though states are desperate for teachers their city,county, state budgets do not warrent them hiring us. how do you fight your way through that?
