    Great Guide!

    The best guide I've found on the recruiting process. I bought three others on the subject but this one is the best by far. You could tell it was written by someone with firsthand knowledge of the subject. It also is easy to read with stories that are used to help clarify a point. Most helpful are the sample letters and resumes.
