Overview

How to Grow & Juice Wheat-grass at Home
Fantastic Book of Steps, Tips And Self Help Nutrition
This will show you how to grow your own wheat-grass for an energy drink, or to get your vegetables in for the day
Wheat grass juice is a popular detoxification remedy. Many people believe that it can help improve digestion, clean the liver, purify the blood, and boost the production of hemoglobin. Many health food stores carry per-made wheat-grass juice, but you can also make your own without much difficulty. Grinding the wheat-grass into juice using a mortar and pestle produces the most nutritious results. You can also use a blender to make wheat-grass juice, but be aware that some of the chlorophyll may oxidize due to the rapid movement of the blades, making the drink slightly less beneficial.

Excellent example of a horrible ebook.

This is, by far, the worst nook book I've ever viewed. It feels like reading a grade school assignment by someone who forgot about it until an hour before it was due. I feel absolutely cheated to have paid $3 for it. Someone at B&N really should've stopped this one from getting through.

The Good: It gave a couple methods of how to extract the juice without using a wheatgrass juicer.

The Bad: The organization on my nook 1st edition was horrid, with sentences spanning multiple pages due to the huge font. Everything was numbered twice and looked sloppy. The grammar/spelling was poor. It was *very* short; I read through it in less than 10 minutes and I read quite slowly.

The Ugly: There is really no redeeming value. No information about wheatgrass. No sage advice on how to use a mortar and pestle or blender. No jokes. No advice on where to buy supplies or what to look for.

The best piece of advice is in the Tips section at the very end: Go buy a real wheatgrass juicer and use its instructions instead.
