Linda Fleischmann has been a mortgage broker for over 12 years and decided to write this book in order to help potential home owners, whether buying or refinancing. She loves to close mortgage loans and prides herself on her honesty and ethics when working with clients. She speaks at seminars in order to educate the public with the misconceptions that are constantly out in the news. She has been living in the Santa Clarita Valley and is active in the community and enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark and their two children, Lexie and Michael.
