HOW TO JUMP HIGHER FAST I thought this book stood out brilliantly. It was not only about jumping higher. The overall approach focused on promoting physical flexibility and good health. This was definitely a good read. The specific pointers were very simple and easy to follow. I liked this guide because it was really short and to the point.
