    I found this book to be an excellent source of information on the qualities required by, and the challenges facing leaders. The author discusses biblical-based leadership models as the foundation for developing an effective personal leadership strategy. Additionally, the author's business experience, personal insights, and use of references from supporting source material make this book informative and appropriate for leaders of all levels.

    Essential Strategies

    I wish I had the hiring and accountability strategies in this book 25 years ago. While the book is based on the Bible's principles it's not preachy--just straightforward and applicable to what we need to get better results in business today.
