    I found this book to be an excellent source of information on the qualities required by, and the challenges facing leaders. The author discusses biblical-based leadership models as the foundation for developing an effective personal leadership strategy. Additionally, the author's business experience, personal insights, and use of references from supporting source material make this book informative and appropriate for leaders of all levels.

    "How to Lead By the Book" by David Anderson is a must read as David inspires us to look to the wisdom and biblical principles to lead successfully. There is no better book on leadership out there!

    Essential Strategies

    I wish I had the hiring and accountability strategies in this book 25 years ago. While the book is based on the Bible's principles it's not preachy--just straightforward and applicable to what we need to get better results in business today.
