    Those of us who have been forced to bare this burden our entire lives are now liberated of the guilt we have felt for possessing something far superior than 95% of all other men.

    I would like to thank the authors for the courage they have demonstrated in publishing such a long and distinguished book. One wonders whether or not the paperback version will be as thick as the hard cover?
