I really enjoyed this book, it was very informative and got right to the point. I just got it today, and am already finished reading it, but it definitely put a new perspective and I think it will really help me to lose weight! The information is obvious, but good information! A definite must have especially since it's free!

It's general knowledge, but worth repeating. Sometimes we get caught up in fad diets, hoping for an easy way out, that we forget about the basics. This plan will work. I love this simple book. I love that it was free. And I love that it brought my diet thinking back to earth. I am not archiving this book, because I will probably re-read several times throughout my dieting to keep me on track and motivated.

This book really made me want to suceed in losing weight and that i can do it if i want to. This a great book that you should read if u keep sayin gi want to lose weight but u dint know how. This book tells u things about esting and exercising. And the book only has 113 pages!!! I love this book thank u ! <3

All information appears accurate but is very basic and common knowledge. Eat less, exercise more, avoid sugars... really nothing new here.

This book is a good read even if you are not trying to lose weight. It offers a lot of information to help the readers make healthy choices.

Not really helpful... Thought it would be more elaborative on how to lose the weight but it just sort of suggested changes that many readers already know about and tried. Those suggestions also definitely will not help you lose 10 pounds a week. 10 pounds a month? Maybe, but still pushing it. Just didn't feel fulfilled when reading this.

This book is a total waste of time,none of the information is backed by science and it lacks a real plan. Its just a few common sense suggestions such as eat healthy,excercise and get rest but it doesnt tell you specifics. Im sure this book took an hour to write! Also the excercise plan is silly,and just bad information! If you want to lose weight and get in shape i suggest reading" thinner leaner stronger"! Or " strong curves",both written by authors that really know how to get a lean fit body,this book is just silly nonsense.

Im 12 and i know someone that young should not feel bad about themselves but i do. Alot of you say it doesnt matter what you look like on the outside but only on the inside. But what if what you feel on the inside was because of the outside. I see girls super skinny and cute and if i dont look like them i will not love myself and i don'n look like them. Please help

I don't think you can realistically loose 10 pounds in a week. Someone may, but I don't think that would be anything that a person would stick to for too long. The tips are the same: low carb, low sugar, low salt. Drink plenty of water, exercise. Eat more vegetables with lean protein. I've always heard loosing 2-3 pounds a week is more realistic and more steadfast. IT WAS FREE!
