    Really works

    Copy Cat?

    It appears that he is copying information and creating these snipits of info and selling for .99 to 1.99. Web search would provide same info free!

    Its that easy!

    Nothing in this book I haven't heard before, its just simplified. Follow the tips and u will be healthier, happier and more fit! It is that simple.
