Hundreds of Diet Tips from Real People

This highly informative, thoroughly entertaining publication is from Hundreds of Heads Books. This is collection of weight-loss ideas, suggested by over 500 individual dieters who share tips about their dieting triumphs and failures. These tips are highlighted with testimonials and additional side bars that provide such interesting titles as ¿Diet Data¿, ¿Food Facts¿, ¿Slim Stats¿, and ¿Snack Facts¿. Did you know that ¿Chocolate is the number one craved food in America?¿ The book is packed with recommendations, ideas, and encouragement. It is almost like being a member of a support group. I felt I had my own staff of personal trainers as fellow dieters shared their experiences. I recognized and identified with many of the variations of diet and exercise plans I have used in the past. I have set a new and more realistic weight goal. I am ready to tackle the battle of weight loss with exercise, and healthy food. Joan Buchbinder and Jennifer Bright Reich, editors of this highly motivational and entertaining book provide candid information and insights to reinforce the testimonies and tips of the many contributors. Interesting notes on metabolism, muscles, exercise, and calories are introduced throughout the book. This book is for the over 127 million overweight or obese Americans, who like me, are eager to improve their appearance, health, and relationships.

Great advice and easy to read.

I don't have time to read a big book on dieting but I'm always looking for good advice on how to lose weight. This one is great - it has tons of suggestions and tips from real Americans who have tried every diet. I also like that this book doesn't adhere to ONE diet but offers a spectrum of solid advice on many ways to lose weight. It also offers some funny weight-loss stories that made me laugh out loud. Highly recommend this book!
