I don't have time to read a big book on dieting but I'm always looking for good advice on how to lose weight. This one is great - it has tons of suggestions and tips from real Americans who have tried every diet. I also like that this book doesn't adhere to ONE diet but offers a spectrum of solid advice on many ways to lose weight. It also offers some funny weight-loss stories that made me laugh out loud. Highly recommend this book! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
