    Timeless Concepts, Dated Examples

    This book contains numerous, well explained concepts which can be applied to an existing or new business to improve results. The concepts are classic and it's nice to have them all in one authoritative, easy to read, inspirational volume. The examples used to illustrate the concepts are a bit dated because it was written in 1996. However, with just a little imagination, one can figure out how to apply the same concepts in the Internet Age.
