Meet the Author

Brian Evans is a full time real estate investor, small business entrepreneur, author, and mentor to students all over North America. He has completed hundreds of transactions since becoming a full time investor in 2004 and sees no end in sight to his investing career. He invests in all types of real estate from single family homes to multifamily and commercial.
