I just purchased this book and I am greatly disappointed. You get to the table of contents by page 5, seeing that this book is only 30 pages long you are one sixth through the book before you get to the content of the book. The content  is very general almost to the point of rambling and the grammar isn't the best. I found almost no value to this book for me.  Sorry.
