AT last I found a true old fashion pie cookbook

I tried the pecan pie in two other cookbooks and took a chance on this one. It sounded like the one my Aunt use to make when I was young. I made it with no problem at all. (I cheated and used a frozen pie crust and it still turned out excellent. I have also made the milk pie. wow.. I like this one too. I recommend this to everyone.

    Perfect

Homemade pies are making a comeback and are really popular right now and this book is right in line with the times. I have looked in hardcover and online for a book like this. It has several pies and the directions and ingredients are simply and easy to understand. I never made merigune before and it was really not that hard to do. I love this cookbook.

    Pumpkin Pie

I bought this book for the pumpkin(OLDFASHION) This seems to be a great book for the made from scratch pies but it is loaded with high calorie ingredients. I substituted the crust for a frozen one and the pumpkin pie turned out beautifl.
