If you own a guitar, buy this!! The best book on the topic!!

This book, and/or his previous book on set up and repair teach you all you need to know. The included gauges make the work much easier and faster and safe you and money. If you need or want more, get his videos. This book, as with his first, is written and photographed very well. It's easy to follow and understand. Written for a layman, not a skilled pro. If you own a guitar, you SHOULD have THIS book at the very least! I suggest both and get them here!!!! So nice to be able to adjust my guitars to my liking!
I'm rebuilding 2 guitar thanks to these books and they'll pay for a third!! Thanks for a great new hobby.

One of the Best Books for Repair 'Newbies'

Pretty much like to ech what Lily said! Great book, easy to understand, plenty of pictures, solid information. A great companion to the 3rd edition of the Guitar Repair Guide.

Best Guitar Repair Book - Hands Down!

Just when you thought there couldn't be a better guitar player's repair manuel than the 'Guitar Player Repair Guide', Dan Erlewine publishes 'How to Make Your Electric Guitar Play Great'. Dan has really outdone himself with this one. This book is filled with great info, such as setups, repairs and modifications. As if that's not enough, there's a set a handy dandy radius gauges cleverly attached to the back. I recommend this book for anyone from beginners setting up their first guitar - to seasoned pros. If you own a guitar, this one's a must have!
