I knew nothing of meditation or eastern religion except for a sparse amount of exposure through practicing yoga occasionally before I read this book. It introduces the curious, open mind to meditation gradually and effectively. This is more than a book. Writing a review is almost too cliche of a thing to do, but I want to get the message across that it will be extremely valuable to you if you are already interested in learning about meditation.

I found this book a good one to start with. I knew nothing about meditation and this book answered my questions. I am now all into the meditation. Looking for my next book.
