    Quick Help for Parents

This is an easy, quick help book for parents who are looking for ideas and advices of how to motivate their procrastinating and struggling children.
It also discusses of the recent research in some chapters, like for instance: should your child have a television in the room and are there any benefits or not watching television.
All the research notes are in the end of the chapter, so if you are not interested in them, then just skip them. This is not a scientific article, but just a quick help for parents.

It is also a study help and shows some methods how to help with homework.

Other topics discussed: values (yours and your child), goals, how to motivate, homework and tasks at home, organizing (homework, chores at home, own stuff and room), teamwork, study methods, reading,.

The paperback is more of a workbook and you can make your own comments and ideas after each chapter.

The illustrations makes it more fun to read.
The book is not very long and if you are looking some quick ideas, then this is the right book for you.

A quick help book for parents - YOu must check it out!

This was a great little quick help book for parents! It discusses of motivation, values and goals. It discusses why your child might not be motivated, why she/he is procrastinating.
It also helps the parent to deal with negative feelings, and to understand the child. It also discusses of the homework, television and what can you do as a parent to help your child.

The paperback had notes -pages so you can do your own notes after each chapter. It was more like a workbook that you can use and add your own ideas and comments.

I really liked the illustrations. They made the book fun to read.
There were also some references to scientific articles and news which was also good.
