This book begins by explaining each available staffing service business option. Next you find the pros and cons for starting this business model which for a potential small business owner this information is essential. I found the sections pertaining to the niche market and options for hiring temporary and contractor employees helpful and insightful. This book also offers a step-by-step guide for executive recruiters explaining best practices for hiring employees and preparing them for assigned clients. The “Planning Ahead” section was my favorite of all and I feel it essential for any staffing service business owner to gage the process of their business. All legal documents required for starting this business type is available through the included CD-ROM. With this tool, I had the ability to print these documents straight from my home computer. This book is a must!
