For those who have already purchased this ebook (before January 24th, 2012 or so), you may need to re-download it manually to get the updated version.
This can be done by archiving it and then re-adding it to your NOOK library (by un-archiving it). To do this from a NOOK Simple Touch simply double tap the book and select "Archive", for NOOK Color/Tablet press on the book for a few seconds and select "Archive". To re-download it do the same thing but select "Un-archive."
