Good format but too many typos

I graduated with a B.S. in Ocean Engineering and I've been out of school for about 2 years now. I started out liking this book because of its layout, but as I got into the material I was more familar with, I noticed far too many typos that left me second guessing my results. The typos are mainly in the answer choices and explanations. I only got through 92 out of 344 pages before I couldn't take it anymore. I constantly had to ask friends their opinion to make sure I wasn't crazy. Not a great book if you need to build confidence.

    Good Book

This book does a decent job in reviewing different topics. It includes sample exam problems for both morning and afternoon exams which is very useful for exam preparation.

    Answer Key

While this book did a decenct job of reviewing the various topics, it's answer key was error-filled and often did not give good explanations. I would not recommend it.

    Avoid this book

This review manual is full of numerical typos in the practice problems that leave you second guessing correct solutions. The conventions and equations used do not follow the same format as the Supplied Reference Handbook you will use for the exam, making it difficult to apply some of the material in this book to the exam without memorizing additional formulas and methods. I reccomend against this book.
